Like I really need an excuse to try a new recipe, right? With a sky this amazing it’s a reminder that every day is filled with new possibilities! I first heard about this cake through the ravings of the staff at the boys school; orange cardamom cake. There is a Dad of a little boy in Nishad’s class that is known for his baking– he is amazing! This is one of his now famous cakes. He made it with a cream cheese frosting. YUM. I love it because there are times when I want to be a little “healthier” (minus the frosting!!)– even when I bake. This is the perfect solution for it. So, sit back, relax with a piece of cake and tea in hand…and take in all the season has to offer.
